John Stock, a Kansas City Art Institute graduate, brings an artist’s precision to every project, shaped by his early apprenticeships with master carpenters and decades of experience leading over 100 custom home builds and hundreds of multi-family residences. His innovative leadership shines in public-private partnerships, such as affordable housing projects with the Town of Gunnison and Crested Butte, delivering energy-efficient, certified homes ahead of schedule. John’s passion for mentorship and ingenuity drives our team to push boundaries and create lasting value.

Karen Stock, trained at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, ensures each project reflects our clients’ unique vision, lifestyle, and goals. With her background as a purchasing agent for a major Lake Tahoe resort, Karen’s organizational expertise and client-focused approach guarantee a seamless, personalized development process.

This hands-on experience introduces young minds to the art and craft of construction, fostering skills and passion for the industry.
